Because we are a small, curated boutique with limited inventory, we currently offer store credit only for eligible returns.


Return Window

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Approved returns must be shipped back within 5 days of approval.


How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email us at hello@sevn3.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you would like to return

We will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Please do not send items back without approval.


Return Eligibility

To qualify for store credit, items must:

  • Be returned in original condition

  • Have all original tags attached

  • Be free of stains, odors, pet hair, makeup, or signs of wear

  • Not be washed or altered

Items that do not meet these requirements may be denied.


Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Accessories

  • Bodysuits

  • Swimwear


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as SEVN3 is not responsible for lost return packages.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email hello@sevn3.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item so we can make it right.
